The site publishes general information about pacing rest and movement for planning purposes. We may offer digital products, educational materials, or paid conversations that remain non-medical in nature. Nothing on the site creates a clinician–patient or therapist–client relationship.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country, you agree that courts in Muskegon County, Michigan, have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us in good faith to try to resolve the matter informally.

Online advertising and destination pages

If we run paid online advertising in the United States, landing pages should describe the same general topic as the advertisement. If you believe an ad is misleading or does not match this website, contact us using the details on our Legal Disclosures page before relying on the offer.

Changes to these terms
