How we handle refunds, replacements, cancellations, and chargebacks for digital goods and live services purchased directly from Thexrovaprezea. Read this together with our Terms of Use and any offer-specific terms at checkout.

When you purchase downloadable guides, audio, or similar files, delivery is typically completed when we email access links or enable download in your account. You are responsible for storing your own copies.
If files are corrupt, inaccessible, or clearly not as described in the product page, contact us within fourteen calendar days of purchase. We will repair access, replace the file, or offer another reasonable remedy at no charge.
Because digital content can be copied instantly, we generally do not grant refunds for “change of mind” once delivery has completed, except where mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
Consumers in the EU or UK may have a statutory right to withdraw from contracts for digital content within a cooling-off period. That right can be lost if you asked for immediate delivery and acknowledged that withdrawal would no longer be available once delivery began.
Where withdrawal rights apply and have not been waived, we will honor them in line with applicable law.
Scheduled consulting or coaching blocks may be rescheduled once with at least twenty-four hours’ written notice, subject to availability. Cancellations with less than twenty-four hours’ notice may be billed in full because the time was reserved for you.
Multi-week programs follow the schedule attached to the offer. If we cancel a cohort or session for our own reasons, we will offer transfer to another date or a prorated refund for sessions not delivered.
If we offer recurring billing, renewal terms, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility will be stated at signup and in confirmation emails. Unless stated otherwise, you may cancel future renewals before the next billing date; past charges are non-refundable except as required by law or this policy.
We confirm receipt within five business days where possible. We may ask for additional information to prevent fraud.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks and card networks typically post credits within five to ten business days after we approve the refund; some institutions take longer.
If we reject a request, we explain the reason and any appeal path available under applicable law.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may pause access until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us first so we can resolve legitimate issues without involving your bank.
Abusive chargebacks may result in closure of accounts or refusal of future sales where permitted by law.
